She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Hazelmyer and Beatrice Hazelmyer (Hitchcock); her brother Dave Hazelmyer; her sister-in-law Betty Hazelmyer; her stepsister Noni Gee; and her half-sister Virginia Gillespie.
She is survived by: her husband Marvin V. LaPeer; her children, Laurie Hischer (Kevin) of Central Lake and Casey LaPeer (Jessica) of Central Lake; her grandchildren, Brandon, Alexis, Dylan, Collette, Kelsey, Lizzy, Makenzie and Ariella; her great grandchildren, Sora, Aurora, Chase and Gunner; her half-brothers, Buzz and Phil Hazelmyer; and her stepsisters, Maureen Derenzy (Brad) and Glenny Wells (Richard).
