He is survived by: his children, Randal Smith (Debbie), Kimberly Hawley (Larry), Kelly Doss (John) and Patricia Smith; his stepchildren, Deborah Siloac (John), Robert Mackowiak and Patrick Mackowiak (Diane); and his sibling Carolou Anderson. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
