He was predeceased by: his father Roy Applegate; and his siblings, Curtis Wayne Applegate and Beverly Jo Applegate. He is survived by: his former wife Pamela Cupp; his spouse Beverly; his children, Jonas Applegate (Andie), Laura Frazier (Anthony) and Dave Perpich (Sara); his grandchildren, Elijah Applegate, Nathan Willis, Liam Fraizer and Ella Perpich; his mother Marjorie Fulkerson Nichols (Bill); his siblings, Rebecca Applegate Watson (Don), Larry Applegate (Denise), Karen Becker (Dennis), Mark Webb (Kim) and Jackie Gaddy (Kenneth); and his siblings-in-law, Marlene Dubiel (Walter), Carol Tuchman (Martin), Edward Stanek (Cherry), Gregory Stanek (Sheila) and Stanley Stanek (Selby). He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Kenny's name are appreciated to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
