She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Hebert and Aileen VanSlembouck Hebert. She is survived by: her children, Michael Blake (Sandy), Jeff Blake, Eric Blake, David Blake, Ethan Mandziara (Karri) and Carrie Mandziara Niecikoski (Mike); and her grandchildren, Spencer Blake (Marilu), Connor Blake, Nina Blake and Frank Niecikowski. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
