He was predeceased by: his father Charles Toner; his wife Theresa; and his sibling Irv Montroy. He is survived by: his children, Deborah Toner, Doreen Toner, Charles Toner (Christine) and Denise Toner; his grandchild Abigayle Toner; and his siblings, Charles Toner (Claudette) and Margaret Whitehead.
