She was predeceased by: her parents, Theresa Zawacki (Richard) and Casimir Zawacki; and her brother Randy Moore (Val). She is survived by: her siblings, Duane Zawacki, Elizabeth DeVore (Ronald), Damian Zawacki (Bobbi), Mark Moore (Laurie) and Michael Moore (Nancy). She is also survived by many Nieces, Nephews, Great Nieces and Great Nephews.
