She was predeceased by: her husband Dennis Kaczoruk. She is survived by: her parents, Walter Zabel and Rozelle Zabel; her children, David Radziewicz (Amanda) and Jessica Radziewicz (David); her grandson Benjamin; her siblings, Linda, Debbie, Pamela and Dennis; and her pet Penny. She is also survived by her nieces, nephews.
