She was predeceased by: her parents, James S. Rogers and Kate L. Rogers (Garner); and her brother James S. Rogers Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Robert D. Ballard; her children, Carey Schaeffer (Bill) of Cement City and Jason Ballard of Cement City; her brothers, Ron Rogers (Sandra) of Wixom, MI and Russel Rogers (Jessie); and her grandsons, Caleb and Dylan Ballard. She is also survived by her loving nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations in Lobilia's name can be made out to the Alzheimer's Association.
