He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Lowery and Lottie Lowery (Moore); and his brother Leon Lowery. He is survived by: his wife Dolores "Ann" Lowery; his children, Renee Jeppesen (Mike) and Daryl Lowery (Samantha); his grandchildren, Makaila Navarre (Forrest) and Chad Jeppesen; his child Morgan Jeppesen; his brother Randy Lowery; and his sister-in-law Phyllis Lowery. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
