He is survived by: his children, Janie Cruickshank of Kawkawlin, Jim Cruickshank (Cherie) of LaGrange, Vicki Clark (Mark) of Midland and Julie Raymond of Midland; his grandchildren, Holly Cruickshank, Shane Cruickshank, Amanda Cruickshank and Laci Barth; and his great grandchildren, Levi Cruickshank and Blaze Chapin.
