He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Fountain and Grace Fountain; his wife Mildred E. Fountain; his siblings, Jimmy Fountain, Harvetta Fountain, Roger (Corrinne Fountain), Richard Gustafson and Ray (Dorothy Cruickshank); and his son-in-law James Brown.
He is survived by: his children, Steven Fountain (Kathy) of Cedarville, MI, Mark Fountain (Pam) of Saginaw, MI, JoAnne Brown of Port Charlotte, FL and Randy Fountain of Cedarville, MI; his great grandchildren, Jaime (Todd), Moran, Jeffrey (Stephanie), Jordan (Erin), Justin (Cheyenne), Jeremey Chartrand, Jessica Clunie (Neal), Jim Bob, Jeremy Brown, Martha June (Jason), Bassett, Jacie Stocking (Jeff) and Jason (Rachel); his brother Dave Fountain (Terry) of Jacksonville, FL; and his sister-in-law Bunny Gustafson of Grand Rapids, MI.. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren.
