She was predeceased by: her parents, Patrick James and Alice Carolin (Guardiola); her husband Bradley Smith; her daughter Lynn Smith; and her brothers, Paul Carolin, James Carolin, Michael Carolin and John Carolin.
She is survived by: her children, Bonny Eastup (Mike) of Rome, Bryan Smith of Tawain and Leonard Smith of Belleville, Michigan; and her brothers, Ralph Carolin (Carol) and Joseph Carolin (Deborah). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
