He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph John and Reva Jeanette Kologe (Mteer); and his father-in-law Donald J. Courtade. He is survived by: his wife Jane Margaret Courtade; his sons, Marcus Kologe (Julie) of Cedarville and Jeremy Kologe (Theresa) of Port St; his grandchildren, Madalyn, Abigail, Justin, Tristin and Emily Kologe; his sister Joan Hansen (Art); his mother-in-law Harriet Courtade of Traverse City; and his siblings-in-law, Jeffery Courtade, Donald Courtade (Lana), Matthew Courtade (Sue) of Traverse City, John Courtade (Joanne) of Onalask, Wisconsin and Joann Steinebach (Bill) of Merrit Island, Florida. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
