He was predeceased by: his mother Isabel P. Scherer (Missler). He is survived by: his wife Mary Scherer; his children, Kara Lembo (Joe), Lindsay Montgomery (Darren), John Ross Scherer (Karolina) and Ashleigh Nussman (Chad); and his grandchildren, Joey, Isabel, Christopher, Coralyn and Kayleigh. He is also survived by loving cousins, sisters-in-law, and many friends.
