It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Helen Shoberg of Cedarville, Michigan, who passed away on August 17, 2022, at the age of 103, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Demmink and Clara Demmink of Grand Rapids, MI; her husband Conrad Shoberg; her children, Mary, Robert and Elizabeth; and her children-in-law, Varaporn Shoberg and Jerome Hollingsworth.
She is survived by: her children, Richard Shoberg and Joanna Izzard (Kenneth); her son-in-law William Oberman; and her grandchildren, Mark Oberman (Taylor), Samuel Oberman (Maureen), Jessica Bocian (Matthew), Maxwell Shoberg (Carrie), Zachary Shoberg, Joshua Izzard (Leah), Lauren Tassier (Dustin), David Hollingsworth (Tiffany) and James Hollingsworth.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Cedar Cove Assisted Living (Memorial Garden Fund), to the Les Cheneaux Ambulance Corp, to the Les Cheneaux Community Library, to the Les Cheneaux Historical Association, or to First Union Church.
