He was predeceased by: his parents, George Luther Dutcher and Pearl Maggie Dutcher (Chenier); his wife Mary Katherine "Kathy" Dutcher; his daughters, Colleen and Nancy Dutcher; his grandson Zeke Dutcher; and his siblings, Doris Callaghan, Helen Dutcher, Dorothy Royer, Billy Dutcher, George and Edwin Dutcher.
He is survived by: his sons, Francis Dutcher Jr. of Cedarville, James Dutcher (Marie) of Sault Ste, Richard Dutcher of Copley and Donald Dutcher (Frank Rogala) of Mackinaw City, Michigan; his grandchildren, Nikki Graham, Heather Black, Sandy Campbell, Tiffany Fortin, Brian Baker, Morgan Baker, Stefan Dutcher, Makayla Baker, Devin Baker, Bethani Baker and Emma Dutcher; his great grandchildren, Cody Campbell, Hannah Graham, Kyle Graham, Cora Black, Chase Black and Koltyn Baker; and his siblings, John Roy Dutcher of Hessel and Jeanne Hanes of Westville, Indiana. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
