He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael and Regina; and his siblings, Alvena, Dorothy, Susan, Marie, Paul, Tony, Donald and John.
He is survived by: his wife Marga (Topfer); his children, Joyce Pleva (Mike), Larry Galla (Carole), Sandy Galla and JoAnn Gauthier (David); his grandchildren, Brian (Jenny), Amanda, Gina, Dustin, Matt and Lexi; his great grandchildren, Wyatt, Harrison, Charles Walter and Gage; his siblings, Esther Crocker, Steve and Leon; and his sisters-in-law, Georgetta, Virginia and Gerry. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Cedar Area Fire and Rescue in his name or for mass intentions.
