She is survived by: her husband Joseph Anthony Siemiantkowski; her children, Jennifer Aasen (Knute), Kathryn Laffrey (Stan), Matthew Siemiantkowski, Phillip Siemiantkowski (Lisa) and Julie Bielawski (Uri); her siblings, Charles Hitch (Elaine), Thomas Hitch (Ellen) and Steven Hitch (Patti); her grandchildren, Rachel Green (Chris), Seth Aasen, Emily Aasen, Carolyn Morrissey (Lucas), Bridgitte Laffrey, Nicole Laffrey, Samantha Laffrey, Michael Siemiantkowski, Megan Summers, Madeline Spaller (Cody), Benjamin Siemiantkowski, Sarah Siemiantkowski, Joshua Bielawski, Marcos Bielawski, Brooke Bielawski and Claire Bielawski; and her great grandchildren, Fletcher Morrissey and Maeve Spaller. She is also survived by Nan to her 16 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
