He was predeceased by: his brothers, Richard Manginen and Kenny Manginen. He is survived by: his wife Jean Manginen (Jarvi); his children, Jay Manginen (Marsha) of Champion, Danny Manginen (Amy) of Canton, MI and Darla Soeltner (Scott) of Negaunee; his grandchildren, Brooke Soeltner, Brent Soeltner, Peter, Craig and Andrew Manginen; and his great grandchildren, Cameron, Kiara and Clare.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed in Howard's memory to the Immanuel Lutheran Church Memorial Fund.
