He was predeceased by: his parents, George Millben and Martha Millben (Chavis); and his brother Bishop Michael Millben. He is survived by: his wife Pamela Millben; his children, Tiffany Payne and Robert Merritt (Tasha); his sister Cassandra Roberts; his sister-in-law Denise Millben-Williams; his pets, Bella and Benji; his parents-in-law, Georgia Kesseler and Norman Savage; and his siblings-in-law, Cyndy Savage, Fawn Effner, Tawnie Brown, John Effner, Jim Effner, Ryan Savage, Nichole Savage and Todd Savage. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other extended family.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home starting at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday until service time at 11:00 a.m.
