She was predeceased by: her parents, Ronald Tilley and Delores Tilley. She is survived by: her husband Jim Higdon; her children, A. J. Higdon (Holly) of DePere, Ron Higdon of Cedar Creek and Elmer Higdon (Anquinnette) of Cedar Creek; her grandchildren, Josh, Dayquana, Jayden, Ashley and Brandon; and her siblings, Terry Tilley, Barb Livingston and Lori Coe. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
