He is survived by: his children, Billy Estel Mulkey, Eugene Warren Jones, Lester Singleton and Martha Lynn Lewis; and his siblings, Mary Arlene Castleberry, Betty Joan Turner, Mollie Ellen Bush, Jerry Aubry and Barry Richard Mulkey.
