He is survived by: his sons, Todd Kolasa (LeeAnn) and Trevor Kolasa (Michele); his sister Jill Elkins (Dan); and his grandchildren, Josh Kolasa (Sarah), Brittany Jennings (Wayne), Brianna Wilson (Ben) and Dylan Kolasa (Danielle). He is also survived by 7 great grandchildren.
