He was predeceased by: his sister Annette Tuckey. He is survived by: his wife Karen; his children, Carrie Forbes and Brian Forbes; his brother-in-law Dale Tuckey; and his in-laws, Carl Stoddard (Sylvia) and Jim Stoddard (Janet). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
