She was predeceased by: her parents, Roger and Helen Fisk, Sr. (Hanna); her husband James Welch; her daughter Mary Jo Minaker; her son-in-law Randy Force; her grandson Steven Force; her siblings, Dixie Fisk, Jack Fisk, Barbara Helsel, Donna Ellick and Roger Fisk, Jr.; and her siblings-in-law, Ora Helsel, Mahlon Ellick, Diane Fisk, Shirley Fisk and Carl Anderson.
She is survived by: her children, Janet Force, Terry Minaker (Margaret) and Wanda Bellingar; her great grandchildren, Eric Force (Mandy), Katie Bellingar, Jacob Force, Randi Force, Piper DeGarmo, Mike Lemson, Dan Ogden (Sam), Jameson Ogden and Avery Ogden; her siblings, Jim Fisk, Sr., Jarry Fisk, Sr. and Patty Anderson; her sister-in-law Joyce Fisk; and her close friend Charles Navitskas.
