She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Gomez and Antonia Gomez (Mora); her husband Jerry Conaty; her grandson Tyler Conaty; and her brothers, Chuck and Dan Gomez.
She is survived by: her children, Gina VanHemert (John) and Jeff Conaty (Kim); her grandchildren, Nick VanHemert (Randi), Mike VanHemert (Heather), Jesse VanHemert (Jessica) and Shannon Conaty; her sister Carmen Moreno; and her stepchildren, Cheryl Bylenga (Dave), Mark Conaty (Karen) and Craig Conaty (Jackie). She is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
