He was predeceased by: his father Thomas Collis; his wife Lois; his children, Vicki Johnson-Becker and Gregory Collis; and his siblings, Fred, Bill, Carl, Thelma, Juanita and Geneva.
He is survived by: his sister June Hammer; his daughters, Kathy Hill (Tom), Rebecca Collis and Kim Anderson (Steve); his grandchildren, Justin Collis, Audrea DeLong (Tom), Jacob Johnson, Jessica Poling (Matt), Brandon Rhinehart, Ryan Nazionale (Sarah), Randy Nazionale (Elizabeth), Renee Radin (Lee), Billy Hill (Amber) and Kyle Hill; and his great grandchildren, Leigha, Eli, Thomas, Esch, Mason, Teagan and Ava.
