He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Doederlein and Augusta Doederlein (Seelhoff); his former wife Hilda Holton; and his siblings, Edwin, Alvin and Ruth.
He is survived by: his wife Lois Berry; his children, Ron Doederlein (Linda) and Jill Doederlein of Lake City; his stepchildren, Jerry, Steve, Ron Van Putten of Grand Rapids and Carridan Berry of Cedar Springs; his grandchildren, Scott Doederlein of Gaylord and Amy Dykema of Holland; and his great grandchildren, Emma, Ally Doederlein, Drew, Katie and Lindsey Dykema. He is also survived by his family, friends, nieces, nephews, and grandchildren and great grandchildren.
