She is survived by: her sons, Scott Berzley (Alessandra), Alex Berzley (Megan) and Matthew Berzley (Kayleigh Rector); her grandson Beckham; her siblings, Beth Parker (Rob), Steven Forner and Norm Forner (Sandy); and her pet Rylee.
