He was predeceased by: his parents, Burdette Gambee and Margie Gambee (Bogart); his daughter Annette; and his sisters, Helen Brown, June Smith and Jean Miles.
He is survived by: his wife Helen; his daughters, Catherine Detz (Walter), Christina Daisy (Terry) and Constance Koepke (Troy); and his grandchildren, Cameron Daisy, Cassie Daisy and Joseph Koepke.
