We are sad to announce that on October 28, 2024, at the age of 86, Betty L. Thorington of Cedar Springs, Michigan, born in Flint, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lee Haviland and Nellie Haviland (Morrman); her husband Robert; her granddaughter Paige Mata; and her siblings, Don and Mary.
She is survived by: her children, Cynthia Beals (Robert), Debra VanDyke (Robert), Linda Rysdyk (Tim), Julie Mata (Ryan Breckon) and James Thorington (Jillayne); and her sister Virginia Dukes. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made to Cedar Springs Baptist Church.
