He was predeceased by: his parents, John Bolen and Mary Bolen (Deacon); his brothers, John, Howard and Bill; and his grandson Timmothy Ransom.
He is survived by: his children, Bonnie Ransom (Gary), Tom Bolen Jr. and Scott Bolen (Gail).
