He was predeceased by: his parents, Alexander Davis and Johanna Davis (Richter); his former wife Rita Kay Davis; his wife Jeanne Mead; and his siblings, Barbara Burton, Joan Haines and Robert Davis.
He is survived by: his daughters, Donna Kling (David) of Osceola and Dawn Dennis (Jim Johnson) of Goshen; and his granddaughter Jenna Early (Joshua Fairchild) of Mishawaka. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
