He is survived by: his parents, Peter Rubalcaba and Flena Rubalcaba; his wife Natividad Serrano Cadahia; his sons, Peter Gabriel Rubalcaba Serrano and Alejandro Rubalcaba Serrano; and his sister Bernie Williamson (Darren). He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
