She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Smithson and Eunice Smithson; her children, Stacey LeAnne Vaughn and Donald Neil Ottman; and her siblings, Marie Griffis, Neil Smithson, Don Smithson and Glen Smithson.
She is survived by: her husband Skip Ottman; her children, Marita Milam (Kenneth) and Ricky Ottman, Sr. (Deborah); her grandchildren, Randy Akins (Nicole), Rachel Summerville (Danny), Gary Joe Akins (Destiny), Virginia Sue Martynowicz (Brett), Talina Marie Marten (Austin), Ricky Ottman, Jr. (Leah), Betsy King (Justin), Holly Christine Ottman, Paige Butcher (Lance) and Todd Vaughn (Becky Davies); her siblings, Linda Holder (Lloyd), Thomas Smithson and Randy Smithson (Phyllis); and her sister-in-law Gloria Smithson. She is also survived by several great grandchildren.
