He was predeceased by: his parents, Spurgeon and Fannie Wiggins Sr. (Bradford); his siblings, Lucinda Wiggins, Ethel L Epting, Julia Norwood and Joe Wiggins; and his niece Elaine Wiggins.
He is survived by: his wife Deborah Wiggins of Cassopolis; his children, Crystal Reed-Parent (Jose) of Germany, Linda Cooke (Richard) of Milan, Illinois, Spurgina Reed (James) of Rock Island, Illinois and Yermalay J. Wiggins of Osceola, Indiana; his grandchildren, Janielle E. Wiggins, Brittany Baker and Tyler Baker; and his siblings, Percy Wiggins (Evonne), William Wiggins, Isadore Wiggins, Georgia Williams, Mary L. Scott and Florine Wiggins. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
Memorial contributions in his memory may be directed to Operation Christmas Child or to the Bonine House.
