He was predeceased by: his wife Bounthanh Keosakdy; his children, Phet Sakhat, Sahm Leht, Pinn, Thiat and Phen; and his great grandchild Kenny.
He is survived by: his children, Khamphai Keosakdy (Lamphone Sychanthavong), Aen Keosakdy (See Khounsavat) and Eric Keosakdy (Andrew Frye); his grandchildren, Khamphet Mye Keosakdy, Ratsamy Keosakdy (Joe Russell), Pounikhom Keosakdy, Mimi Keosakdy (Mat Valdez), Eakachai Keosakdy and Dylan Keosakdy; and his great grandchildren, Dao, Kaylynn, Milliana, Joseph, Bradley, Morgan and Gabriella.
