He is survived by: his family Ray; his wife Nicole Perrigo-Warner; his children, Emma Warner and Hayden Warner; his stepchildren, Madyson Hart, Onna Bell and Mason Bell; his siblings, Paula Cowsert (Richie), Rhonda McCauslin (Pat), Kenneth Warner and Jennifer Marshall; his niece Rachel Marshall; his nephews, Gavin Thomas and Grayson Thomas; and his former wives, Jessica Thomas and Theresa.
