She is survived by: her husband Eddie Forrest I; her children, Eddie Forrest II of Indianapolis, Eric Forrest Sr. of South Bend, Eliot Forrest (Erin) of Peoria, Elise Forrest of Jacksonville, Ethan Forrest (Brooke) of Logansport, Elayna Hudson of Princeton, Denisha Forrest of Indianapolis, Darrien Forrest of Niles, Marcellus Forrest of Niles, Isaac Forrest of Niles, Elijah Forrest of Niles, Mikel Forrest of Niles, Micha Forrest of Indianapolis and Tarisha Boyd of Fort Worth, Texas; and her sisters, Dottie Alford of Indianapolis and Sharon Doss of Whitestown, Indiana. She is also survived by forty-two grandchildren; nine great grandchildren.
