She was predeceased by: her spouse Lavern W. Hazard; her children, Beverly Moore and Larry Davy; and her sons-in-law, Clarence Moore and Richard Bolley.
She is survived by: her brother William; her children, Lorraine Bolley of Sturgis and William Hazard (Deanna) of Surprise, Arizona; her daughter-in-law Loretta Davy of Anderson, Indiana; and her sister Doris Yockey (Nelson) of Plymouth, Indiana. She is also survived by sixteen grandchildren; twenty-two great grandchildren; twenty-three great great grandchildren.
