He was predeceased by: his granddaughter Abigail Katherine Zook; and his siblings, Helen, Beverly, Carol, Ron, Don and Ken.

He is survived by: his wife Donna Zook of Cassopolis; and his sons, Ronald Allen (Jill Zook) and Kenneth Zook of Cassopolis. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
