He was predeceased by: his daughter Angel Sampson; his sister Pamela Sampson; and his father Charles Sampson Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Dora Sampson, Sr.; his friends, Shannen, Dennis and Ray; his wife Melissa Sampson (Miller); his children, Anastasia Sampson and Jonathan Sampson; his close friend Sarah Moser; his sisters, Denalda Tamayo and Veronica Conrad (James); his pet Cocoa; his sons, Charles III and Raymond; and his sibling Thomas (Tanner). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
