He was predeceased by: his parents, John Gurney and Mary Gurney; and his siblings, Ione and Raymond Gurney. He is survived by: his children, Angela Armstrong, Steven Gurney and Jeffery Gurney; and his siblings, Phyllis, Cathy and Paul Gurney. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
