She was predeceased by: her parents, John Goff and Wilma Goff; her husband Ronnie Gene Thomas; and her brothers, Bob Goff, Kenny Goff and Sonny Goff.

She is survived by: her children, Lydia Ottinger and Jack Goff (Jennifer); her grandchildren, Thomas Ottinger (Amanda) and Angel Ottinger; her great grandchildren, Haley Ottinger, Hunter Ottinger, Wyatt Vandergrift and LeAnn Vandergrift; and her siblings, Naomi Rex, Kathy Smith, Mary Stokes, Irene Clark and Rex Goff. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

The family prefers contributions in memory of Anna Marie be made to the family.
