He was predeceased by: his parents, Arnard Ottman and Alvery Ottman; his wife Rita Sue Smithson; his children, Stacey LeAnne Vaughn and Donald Neil Ottman; and his siblings, Josephine Kleindence, Howard Ottman, Arnold Ottman, Robert Ottman, Terry Ottman, Richard Ottman and Harold Johnson.
He is survived by: his children, Marita "Nita" Milam (Kenneth) and Rick Ottman, Sr. (Deborah); his grandchildren, Randy Akins (Nicole), Rachel Summerville (Danny), Gary Joe Akins (Destiny), Virginia Sue Martynowicz (Brett), Talina Marie Marten (Austin), Ricky Ottman, Jr. (Leah), Betsy King (Justin), Holly Christine Ottman, Paige Butcher (Lance) and Todd Vaughn (Becky Davies); and his siblings, Sally Thompson, Judy Yoder, Pamela Ottman, Clinton Ottman, Eddie Ottman and Ronnie Ottman. He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
