She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, James A. McCartney and Anna McCartney (Westerbur); her husband Jerry Cleland; her children, Dale Cleland (Shawn) of Leavenworth, KS, Katha Chockley of Algonac and Beth Weise (Paul) of Gaylord; her foster sisters, Mary, Judy Ann and Cathy; her grandchildren, Anna Cleland-Leighton (Jacob), Laura Olson (Joe), Emma Cleland-Leighton, Clara Cleland-Leighton, Christopher Chockley (Katy), Amy Holley (Nick), Stephany Bell (James) and Amber Weise; and her great grandchildren, Alexander Belmore and Theodore Chockley.
Memorials may be made to Compassus Hospice of Cass City, Greenleaf Township Historical Society or Huron County Baby Pantry.
