He is survived by: his parents, Richard Downing and Cora Downing (Hutton) of Caro; his wife Dawn Belka; his children, Sara Downing and Kaylin Tackett (Josh); his stepchildren, Codey Anker (Samantha) of Bay City, Keaton Belka of Cass City and Kendal Belka of Cass City; his granddaughter Alivia Tackett; and his siblings, Robert Downing (Sue) of Caro, Ross Downing (Linda) of Caro, Shelli Colosky of Vassar, Kelly Jackson (Heath) of Bay City, Marjorie McPhillips (Jerry), Diana Robertson of Marlette and Cheryl Dillon (Pat) of Cass City. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews and great nieces and great nephews.
