He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Fay and Marie Fay (Bolin); his wife Edith "Edie" Ann Hynes August; his son Michael Fay; his great grandchild Joseph; and his sister Ruth Foster.
He is survived by: his daughter Pam Jozwiak (Bill) of Waterford; and his grandchildren, Tara Eagle (Jasson), Christina Fay (David Brown), Corin Lovelace, Alicia Jozwiak and Jeff Rinehart (Kim). He is also survived by twelve great grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren.
