He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Woodward and Pauline Woodward (O'Connel); and his son Paul Woodward. He is survived by: his wife Janice Devine; his sons, Rusty Woodward (Denise) of Snover, Bob Woodward of Cass City and Ronnie; and his brothers, William Woodward (Marilyn) of Cass City and Delbert Woodward (Linda) of Deford. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren.

Memorials may be given to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
