He was predeceased by: his brothers, Nicki Shivley and Joshua Hatlak. He is survived by: his wife Heidi Vatter; his children, Buzz Kinney, Chance Shippey, Dalton Shippey, Elizabeth McCormick and Cadin Shippey; his mother Sharon Shivley (Rodney) of Bay Port; his brothers, Michael Shivley (Cindy) of Gagetown, Paul Shippey of Bay Port, Frank Shivley (Jackie) of Pigeon, John Shivley of Bay Port and Benjamin Shivley of Bay Port; his aunts, Marjorie and Mildred; and his close friend Billy Bryan.
